CedarFalls operates as a free social entertainment platform. CLUSTER BLAST and any future games offered on this platform use virtual tokens exclusively. These tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, prizes, or anything of value in the physical world. CedarFalls does not operate as a licensed gaming, draw, or real-money playing service under the Criminal Code of Canada, the Gaming Control Act (Ontario), or any equivalent provincial legislation. Nothing you do on CedarFalls constitutes participation in a game of chance for monetary stakes.
2. Age Restriction — 18 Years and Older

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CedarFalls content without our written permission. The cartoon space artwork incorporated in CLUSTER BLAST was developed specifically for this platform and is not available for reproduction or adaptation.
The round game symbols used in CLUSTER BLAST are derived from Twemoji (CC-BY 4.0, Copyright 2020 Twitter, Inc. and contributors) and have been modified through our premium rendering pipeline. Attribution is provided in the site footer.
6. Liability Disclaimer
CedarFalls is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. CedarFalls Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Because CedarFalls involves no real-money transactions, no financial loss can result from use of the platform.
Virtual credits displayed in CLUSTER BLAST may be lost if your browser clears localStorage, if you use a different browser or device, or if the platform is updated. This is intended behaviour, not a malfunction. No credit balance is stored server-side.

8. Responsible Play

9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CedarFalls shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your province requires otherwise.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be announced on the CedarFalls homepage with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your remedy is to discontinue using CedarFalls.
